Homegrown Beetroot grown by Dad & Me!  Each year we have a race to grow the Reddest Detroit Beetroot (always let him win...but he does have amazing dirt in his garden) Spread over Burger Buns for Burger Night or Add to Cheese Platter.  #anniesbeetrootrelish
