Ingredients: Cucumbers, Apple Cider Vinegar, White Sugar, Red Salt, Fennel Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Black Peppercorn & Turmeric.  

Quince Paste: Something we all love with Cheese.  My Quinces are sourced locally down the road at Smiths Orchards Glenrowan.  Cooked slowly for 3 hours makes this a perfect addition to your platter.   

Only Available in 100gm Size.  Best Before date is 6 months.

Ingredients:  Quinces, White Sugar, Lemon Juice & Buller Wines Fine Old Topaque.  

Contains: Sulphities 

Fig Salami: Mixture of ingredients rolled together turns into Delicious Fig Salami!  A must for Cheese Platters or enjoy on its own.  #anniesfigsalami
